CHATHAM CARES COMMUNITY PHARMACY

Since 2005, we have been committed to reducing health disparities in our community by providing free prescriptions to qualifying low income, uninsured, and underinsured Chatham County residents who meet 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. We operate fully through donations and grants, and serve clients with chronic health concerns like high blood pressure, diabetes, and mental health disorders.
