Help us reduce health disparities in Chatham County

We operate fully through donations and grants, serving approximately 350 clients annually who are uninsured, underinsured, or do not meet the criteria for Medicare or Medicaid, with chronic health concerns like high blood pressure, diabetes, and mental health disorders.
